产品概述
胰岛素(Insulin,INS)是由胰岛β细胞分泌的一种双链形式(α, β)的多肽激素,不同物种动物(人、牛、羊、猪等)的胰岛素功能大体相同,成分稍有差异,胰岛素是目前已知的机体内唯一降低血糖的激素,也是唯一同时促进糖原、脂肪、蛋白质合成的激素。胰岛素在许多细胞活动中发挥重要作用,是哺乳动物细胞培养基中常用的添加物质胰岛素能加速葡萄糖的利用和抑制葡萄糖的生成,抑制脂肪的分解,促进脂肪的合成和贮存,促进蛋白质的合成,阻止蛋白质的分解,促进钾离子和镁离子穿过细胞膜进入细胞内;促进脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)、核糖核酸(RNA)及三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的合成。
普诺赛生产的重组人胰岛素(Recombinant Human Insulin),分子量约为5800 Da,结构与天然来源的人胰岛素相同,常用作细胞培养的辅助成分,常见使用浓度为1 μg/mL-10 μg/mL。

注意事项
1、本产品经0.1 μm过滤除菌,使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
2、本产品为10 mg/mL浓缩液,请根据需要稀释后使用;
3、2-8℃中解冻,混匀后使用,切忌反复冻融,用量较少时建议分装冻存,2-8℃中保存,至少6个月有效;
4、不宜长时间放置于室温或较高温度的环境中;
5、溶解后若有沉淀产生,待溶液升至室温后混匀即可溶解;若遇无法溶解时,用无菌的0.1 M HCl缓慢调节pH至2-3之间(边调节,边用pH试纸检测pH);若仍然无法溶解,请及时与我们联系;
6、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
